When flowers are posted they can take up to 2 days to reach their destination ( excluding Bank Holidays).

Returns

Unfortunately, due to food hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, for any wafer paper products ordered in error, change of mind or not received in time.

Products can only be refunded if they are damaged, or sent with wrong design. The products must be sent back to us and a replacement will then be posted out.

In order to return goods, please email info@decormar.ie with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of the order, items to be returned and the reason for returning.
We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect, missing or faulty items

We do our absolute best to ensure you always receive your correct order but mistakes can happen. We record all orders on camera being packed so we can get to the bottom of any issues as quickly as possible. We ask that you double check your parcel when you receive it as mistakes cannot be rectified after one week of you receiving your order. If we have made a mistake, we can immediately offer a refund or send you out the correct items at our expense.
